A beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment situated on the brand new development of Al Andalus. The complex has been built in the Valle Del Sol (Valley Of The Sun) just outside Vera.

The complex is designed in typical Andalucian style with the outdoor communal pools set in landscaped gardens surrounded by beautiful walkways and fountains. There is also a further heated indoor pool for use in the cooler months.

The development is very child friendly and safe with no cars allowed in the actual complex. A private covered parking space is available and vehicle access is gained through an electrically operated gate. Pedestrians enter using either of two keyed gates. There is perimeter CCTV and a porter on duty most days.

The pretty town of Vera, the quaint fishing village of Villaricos, the fishing port of Garrucha with its fine fish restaurants, the fabulous beach, 4 x 18 hole golf courses, Cabo de Gata National Park, lively resort of Mojacar playa are all close by.

Beaches - The blue flag beach of Vera Playa is just 4 mins by car offering over 7 km of golden sand, with lifeguards and beach bars from June to September. Many other excellent beaches just a short drive away including Puerto Rey, Mojacar and San Juan.

Golf - The apartment is located within a short drive of 4 golf courses (18 holes) that suit all levels of golfer, Cortijo Grande, Desert Springs, Marina Golf Mojacar and Valle de Este.

Skiing - The Sierra Nevada ski resort is 2 hours by car.

Other - Watersports, Waterpark, Horse Riding, Diving, Fishing, Cycling, Good Nightlife , Historic/Archaeological Sites, Spanish Markets, Excellent Restaurants, Bars, Cafes, Shops, National Park…… and much more.

Prices are per week in UK pounds. £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure. If less than 6 weeks full payment required on booking. Discounts available for longer winter lets. Payment accepted in cash, cheque or bank transfer in UK pounds or bank transfer in euros.

Prices are per week in UK Pounds.  £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking.  Balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure along with a £50 refundable key and security deposit (refunded on return of keys).  If less than 6 weeks full payment and security deposit required on booking.

How to get there

Almeria airport is 45 mins drive, Alicante and Murcia airports, 90 mins drive – we do recommend that you rent a car as there is plenty to explore on the Costa de Almeria.
